Children ages 5 and younger and pregnant women in low income families; must live in Apache, Coconino, Navajo, or Yavapai counties

Description:
Administers Head Start and Early Head Start programs in various locations throughout northern Arizona. Sites offer classroom and home-based early education services for children in low income families. The emphasis is on school readiness. Services include nutritious meals, medical and dental services, activities for parents, and assistance for children with special needs. Serves as a family resource center.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm administration; program hours vary
