Fruit Gleaning Program

Eligibility:

People with excess produce (fruit, vegetables, nuts, pods) at their home, orchards, or gardens

Intake Process:

Call or visit website for donor form

Description:

Harvests locally grown fruits and vegetables. Businesses and people in the community donate produce from their trees, gardens, and farms on a year-round basis. This food is then redistributed to refugee families and to area food banks.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and occasional weekends

Program Fees:

$25 suggested donation for harvesting

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers assist in harvesting local fruit and delivering it to partner agencies.
