Arizona Angel Initiative

Eligibility:

Adults in Phoenix and Scottsdale with substance use disorders. Participants must be age 18 or older; have a valid government photo ID; not be a fugitive of justice or have prior or pending charges for crimes involving violence, arson, sex, children, or seniors; and not have a criminal conviction for possession with intent to transport or sell, no drug violations in a school zone, or more than three drug-related arrests.

Intake Process:

Call or visit police station in Mesa, Phoenix, or Scottsdale

Description:

Provides a police-assisted addiction recovery program to connect adult residents in Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Pinal County with substance use disorders to treatment providers. Participants must be age 18 or older; have a valid government photo ID; not be a fugitive of justice or have prior or pending charges for crimes involving violence, arson, sex, children, or seniors; and not have a criminal conviction for possession with intent to transport or sell, no drug violations in a school zone, or more than three drug-related arrests.
