Families with children age 17 and younger who are experiencing homelessness; must be able to care for their activities of daily living; animals welcome with county license and vaccination record

Call the Family Housing Hub. Does not take direct applications or referrals. UMOM Family Housing Hub is the coordinated entry site. This agency is under the umbrella of the Family Housing Hub and requires a referral.
Description:
Provides emergency shelter and case management services for families with minor children who are experiencing homelessness. Services for clients include case management, child care, employment assistance, and referrals to additional services.
