Description:

Provides street outreach and housing assessments to people who are homeless. Based on the assessment, those who are the most in need are placed on the community-wide priority list. Local agencies use the list to get clients. Includes screening for additional services. Mobile program for coordinated entry into housing.

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm administration; 24-hours services

Wishlist:

Accepts donations of new or gently used clothing, new socks and underwear, new shoes, gift cards, sunglasses and hats, personal hygiene items, computers, and office equipment and supplies. Also accepts monetary donations.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers must be age 18 or older. They help with administrative duties, language translation, art and music therapy, classroom instruction, transportation, special events, tutoring, accounting and tax preparation, and AA and NA group facilitation. Licensed nurses help with direct patient care.
