Must meet federal income poverty guidelines; legal issue must fall within Board established guidelines for case acceptance

Description:
Provides civil legal services to indigent and low income residents. Income, type of legal problem, and staff and/or financial resources determines acceptance for legal assistance. Types of cases handled include family law, housing, education, benefits, employment, consumer, disability law, nonprofit organization legal assistance, and labor and employment law specifically aimed at farmworkers.
