Homeless Youth Connection

Eligibility:

Youth between the ages of 13 and 21 who are enrolled in high school, trade school, or college who are homeless

Intake Process:

Call; must have referral from school counselor or liaison

Description:

Provides clothing, food, hygiene items, and school supplies to youth who are homeless. Offers housing through a Host Family program, life skills training, mentoring, college preparation, employment and career development, fiscal literacy training, independent living skills, and leadership education. Provides information about and referrals to resources including medical care, counseling, and tutoring.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Volunteer Opportunities:
