Eligibility:
People who are homeless or pending homelessness including single parents, two-parent households or guardians of children. Children must be in custody of parent(s) or guardian at time of entry. Must have verifiable income.
Intake Process:
Call the Family Housing Hub. Does not take direct applications or referrals. UMOM Family Housing Hub is the coordinated entry site. This agency is under the umbrella of the Family Housing Hub and requires a referral.

Provides transitional housing and comprehensive social services to families who are facing homelessness.
