Eligibility:

Christian bible study is required to join and remain in the program. Urinalyses for alcohol, marijuana and drugs is required to apply. No convicted sex, arson or violent offenders. Must be employed or actively seeking employment, and must not be a current user of alcohol or drugs. Eligibility is restricted to sober, single adult mothers with custodial children, sober, single adult men without children and sober, single adult women without children experiencing homelessness who are currently working or willing and able to work full time.

Provides faith-based, transitional housing for sober, single, adult mothers with custodial children, sober, single adult men without children and sober, single adult women without children.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-4pm

Program Fees:

Vary; Single males $140/week, Single females and single females with custodial children $160/week

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers work as mentors, teach life skills, lead Bible study, support single mothers, co-facilitate recovery classes, and provide child care while single mothers are in Bible study. Volunteers also pick up, sort, and stock food donations; pack food boxes; organize and stock the dining room; and prepare and serve meals. Visit website for other opportunities.
