Description:
Provides day program for homeless adults with a serious mental illness who are referred by the RAPP program. Includes breakfast and lunch, personal hygiene kit, shower, and laundry facilities. Also provides coordinated entry access for housing assessments and to screen for additional services. Also provides a cooling center during summer months.
