Eligibility:
Adults age 18 and older with a serious mental illness (SMI) designation and substance abuse issues. Must have referral from the RBHA and bring medical records. Does not accept those with a medical condition that requires more than reasonable accommodations.

Description:
Residential treatment programs for adults with a serious mental illness (SMI) designation and substance abuse issues. Provides individual and group counseling for mental health and substance abuse in a structured, supportive, therapeutic environment. Offers relapse prevention, health and wellness education, nutrition education, independent living skills instruction, anger management, self and others communication skills instruction, assistance with self-administration of medications, symptom management, and family education.
