Eligibility:
Adults age 18 and older who are enrolled in the SMI system of care (SMI Title 19 or SMI Non-Title 19) or who are AHCCCS-enrolled in the GMHSU system of care (GMHSU Title 19). Some services are available to adults who are enrolled in AZ@Work and/or State of Arizona Vocational Rehabilitation. Some services available through self-pay or other funders.

Description:
Provides employment and education services for eligible adults. Services include job training, development and placement, job coaching; peer support training; career exploration; computer, resume, and interview skills development; DB101 benefits review; and supported volunteering.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
