Eligibility:
Residents of Fountain Hills or Tempe with low income, or those who are homeless
Intake Process:
Visit office; must bring photo ID and utility bill or mail showing name and Tempe or Fountain Hills address dated within the last 60 days
Description:
Provides hydration station and emergency food boxes for people with low income and those who are homeless. Also provides items including baby food and formula. Also provides assistance in completing the applications for Nutrition Assistance (food stamps/SNAP).
Hours:
Mon-Fri 7:30am-10:00am; Tue, Thu 4pm-6:30pm
