Varies by program. For rental or utility assistance, must live in City of Phoenix and must have loss of income within the past 90 days or out-of-pocket unplanned expense within the past 30 days

Intake Process:

Call and leave a message with name and contact information

Description:

Administers social service programs including emergency assistance, homeless outreach, veterans support, and disaster relief. Provides cooling center and hydration station in the summer. Provides monthly food boxes and daily food bags. Serves as a family resource center through the Mike Michaels activity center.
