Eligibility:

Homeless families with minor children age 17 or younger in the household. Must be drug-free and willing to work with a case manager in an intensive case management program. 120-day program that includes shelter, case management, vocational support, food and hygiene supplies.

Intake Process:

Call the Family Housing Hub. Does not take direct applications or referrals. UMOM Family Housing Hub is the coordinated entry site. This agency is under the umbrella of the Family Housing Hub and requires a referral.

Description:

Provides a 120 day emergency shelter program for homeless families with minor children age 17 and younger. Services available to residents include emergency shelter, meals and material assistance, individual and group counseling for adults and children, case management, community resource referrals, spiritual support, and child recreational activities while adults secure full-time employment.
