Description:
Residential and employment program for homeless veterans to help them move to self-sufficiency through housing assistance and employment. Services include case management, life skills training, sobriety maintenance, and legal assistance. Outreach team visits shelters, parks, and various street locations to assist veterans who are homeless.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm administration; 24-hours services
Program Fees:
None for most services; sliding scale transitional housing
