Eligibility:
Homeless men and women age 50 and older; mentally or physically disabled adults age 18 and older
Intake Process:
Call for an appointment; does not accept drop-ins
Description:
Provides meals, housing, case management, and mentoring to senior and disabled homeless men and women. Assists people in obtaining an income, acquiring necessary medical and social supports and finding appropriate long term housing.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm telephone pre-screening; 24-hours residential program.
Program Fees:
Sliding scale; applicants may be admitted without income
