Description:
Volunteer case managers perform intake and provide clients with referrals to dining rooms, clinics, and shelters; and follow-up assessment, encouragement, and referrals depending upon need and progress. Showers, clothing and shoes are available for people experiencing homelessness.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 7:30am-6pm; Mon-Fri 9:30am-2:15pm sign up for showers, clothing, hygiene, sack lunches, intake interviews, and other services.
