Eligibility:

Residents of Maricopa County except for those living in Glendale, Mesa and Phoenix. Applicants or households that received previous Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) payments are not eligible. Applicants that have only received ERA utility program payments are eligible.

Intake Process:

Complete online application through the Human Services Department Client Portal or visit website for list of local Community Action Program offices

Description:

Provides rent, rental deposit, mortgage, and utility payment assistance to residents of Maricopa County except for those living in Glendale, Mesa and Phoenix. Offers referrals to correct CAP offices for people outside the areas served.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; 24-hours website
