Description:
Provides home care services for seniors. Services include chores, housekeeping, medication reminders, respite care for family caregivers, companionship, meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping and errands, and walks and exercise. Temporarily provides assistance with completing application for City of Phoenix ERA Program.
