Intake Process:
Must bring proof of address and photo ID for food pantry services. Call for eligibility and required documentation for Pathway of Hope family case management, Utility and limited Rental assistance services.
Description:
Provides emergency assistance for individuals and families in need of food boxes, utility and limited rental assistance for all Tempe and Guadalupe resident as well as South Scottsdale/Paradise Valley residents in the following zip codes 85250-85267 and 85271. Offers mobile street outreach services for unsheltered individuals. Provides information and referrals to other community resources, Pathway of Hope case management services for families that enroll in the program, and seasonal assistance back to school, thanksgiving, and Christmas Angels (toys for children).
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-1pm, 2pm-4pm; Tue 6pm on-site women!s ministries, Sun 11am worship services , 10:15am Sunday school services
