Description:
Administers comprehensive substance use treatment programs. Provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Methadone, Buprenorphine, Sublocade, and Vivitrol. Also provides individual and group counseling for emotional, behavioral, or addiction concerns; as well as integrated behavioral health and primary care services.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 5am-1pm, Sat 7am-11am services
Program Fees:
Vary; accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay
Languages:
English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian; other languages through phone interpreter service
