Description:

Provides health care services to children and adults on low income. Includes primary care, internal medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, general surgery, dermatology, cardiology, rheumatology, nutrition education, and health classes; does not provide any emergency services at this time. Also provides general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, dentures, orthodontic assessments, and oral surgery. Offers assistance with applications for insurance.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts AHCCCS and Medicare

Languages:

English, Spanish; other languages through phone interpreter service
