Description:
Senior center provides recreational, social, and educational activities. Offers weekly blood pressure screenings; and wellness, fitness, art, and dance classes. Matter of Balance Program provides strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. Social workers provide case management and referrals to community resources, and facilitate health-related support groups.
Hours:
Mon-Thu 8am-8pm, Fri 8am-5pm center. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm social worker
