Eligibility:
Adults age 18 and older who have received dental injuries as a result of domestic violence or sexual assault; does not accept those with injuries from other traumas or neglect. Dental injuries must have occurred at least one year ago.

Description:
Provides referrals to cosmetic dentists for adults who have suffered dental injuries from domestic or sexual violence.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Central Time
Program Fees:
$20 application fee paid by money order or 10 hours of community service before sending application; no charge for dental services
