Only veterans, their families and caregivers.
Intake Process:
Call, leave message if no answer. Initial intake will be done over the phone with specific document requirements to be considered for assistance. Requester must comply with all requests pertaining to the intake process. We will do our best to provide an answer within 3 business days as to our decision for assistance.
Description:
Provides homelessness prevention resources and stabilization for all veterans, with special emphasis on senior, disabled and women veterans. Offers assistance with rent, utilities, food, and bus passes, and information about services and referrals to community resources.
