Description:
Provides support for families whose babies are transitioning home from the NICU. Services include mentoring and connection to early intervention providers. Website provides resource guides which can be downloaded for free. Sells video on caring for fragile newborns. Also offers training and technical assistance to providers, including specialized developmental assessment tools and intervention approaches appropriate for very fragile newborns and infants.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

None for information and support; $30 for video
