Intake Process:
Call for application. Patients must have their visual and financial need verified by a school, church, or nonprofit organization. The organization must write a referral letter on company letterhead. The patient then presents the letter along with an eyeglasses prescription less than 2 years old to a LensCrafters, Target Optical, or Pearle Vision.
