Eligibility:
Phoenix residents with a loss of income within the past 90 days or out of pocket unplanned expense within the past 30 days
Intake Process:
Call for pre-screening interview and appointment for financial assistance. Visit office for food assistance or call for specific information. Funding occurs at the beginning of the month for emergency assistance.
Description:
Provides financial assistance for Phoenix residents in need. Assistance, when available, includes electricity, water, and gas utility assistance, rent assistance, and food boxes. Offers information about and referrals to available community resources. **Currently out of funds for rental and water bill assistance**

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm administration; 24-hours client line
