Provides public health administration including vaccine information, disease specific communicable disease control, immunization scheduling website, vaccination card replacement, access to free immunization programs and vaccination card replacement. Schedules appointments for Maricopa County residents at free clinics for immunizations and vaccinations.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; service times vary by location and event
