Eligibility:
People in Maricopa County whose income has been reduced due to COVID-19 and are grieving the lost of a loved one. Must bring proof of loss or reduction in income, proof of Maricopa County residency, and documentation from the funeral home.

Description:
Provides funeral expense assistance for Maricopa County families who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and have recently lost a loved one. Assistance may be up to $1,200 for burial or cremation services at a participating licensed funeral home.
