Description:
Provides community-based day program for adults who need supportive care because of physical, emotional, or mental limitations. Offers therapeutic, social, and health-related services. Includes meals and transportation. Available on an hourly respite basis and for the full day.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm administration; Mon-Fri 9am-4pm program
Program Fees:
$75 per day; offers sliding scale for income eligible. Accepts VA and some private insurance.
