Eligibility:
People who cannot afford the funeral of a loved one who died due to COVID-19. The death must have occurred in the US after Jan 20, 2020.
Intake Process:
Call to apply, then submit documentation by fax, mail, or online. FEMA will continue to provide funeral assistance until Sept. 30, 2025.

Provides financial assistance for COVID-19-related funeral expenses incurred after January 20, 2020.
