Eligibility:
Coconino County adults and juveniles who have been convicted, charged, arrested for possessing, consuming, or transporting 2.5 ounces or less of marijuana; and for people with charges related to marijuana paraphernalia, and transporting, cultivating, or possessing no more than six marijuana plants

Accepts and processes applications from people with a qualifying marijuana conviction to have it removed from their criminal record.
