Description:
Trains youth in preventing, preparing for, and responding to disasters and emergencies, and educates and empowers youth to be role models and leaders in their communities through activities that emphasize community leadership and volunteerism. Youth become involved in their schools, their neighborhoods, and with the American Red Cross.
