Seniors age 60 and older who meet income criteria, are no longer in the workforce, and pass physical exams and fingerprint checks

Description:
Offers stipends to older volunteers on low income to be foster grandparents in schools, Head Start centers, and day care centers. Volunteers provide companionship, tutoring, and mentoring.
