Intake Process:

*TEMPORARY HOURS MON-FRI 7AM-6PM, SUN 9:30AM-5PM.* Call or visit website; apply and file claims online


Provides financial assistance to workers through central intake when they become unemployed through no fault of their own. It is the responsibility of the unemployed worker to initiate a claim for benefits. Accepts applications for unemployment insurance claims, reactivations of existing claims, and federal extended emergency unemployment benefits using the Arizona Reemployment Rapid Access (ARRA) system. Accepts and investigates claims of fraud concerning unemployment benefits.
