Description:
Provides behavioral health services for children and adults. Services include mental health screening, evaluation, consultation, education, prevention and case management; individual, family, and group counseling; psychiatric evaluation, counseling, and medication monitoring; children's prevention, early intervention, and treatment services; substance abuse individual and group counseling; services for serious mental illness; and aftercare program.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; 24-hours crisis services
Program Fees:
Sliding scale for income eligible; accepts AHCCCS, Medicare, and most private insurance
