Description:
Provides home ownership education classes, and pre-purchase and post-purchase counseling. Includes information on budgeting, credit, mortgage lending, and, home maintenance. Separate classes offered in English and Spanish. Also provides loans to first time homeowners. Offers assistance for families on low income to build their own homes. Participants purchase their home with sweat equity and a loan.
