Description:

Provides approval of real estate schools, instructors, and courses. Provides information about continuing education and licensing. Regulates real estate, cemetery, and campground salespeople. Brokers licenses for subdividers, subdivisions, cemeteries, campgrounds, time shares, condominiums, real estate schools, and instructors. Brokers audits and investigations of complaints about real estate professionals and organizations including real estate agents, Realtors, and realty agencies. Hears disputes between Arizona homeowners and condominium and planned community associations (HOAs).
