Description:

Provides information about the ethical standards that govern judges. Investigates complaints about Arizona judges, court commissioners, hearing officers, and other officers who perform judicial functions. Accepts complaints related to judicial behavior including conflict of interest, substance abuse, or disabilities that interfere with judicial duties. Complaints based solely on a judge's decisions will be dismissed without investigation.
