Eligibility:
Homebound adults in Fountain Hills, Glendale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Phoenix, and Scottsdale (south of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd)
Intake Process:
Call for all services. Call for transportation at least 4 working days in advance.
Description:
Provides homebound adults with rides to medical appointments, friendly visiting, computer assistance, small home repairs, and paperwork assistance. Matches clients with volunteers who will accompany them to the grocery store or will deliver groceries to them.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
