Provides free consultation to discuss child care options, and offers customized referrals to child care providers. Providers include licensed child care centers, certified child care group homes, DES-certified family child care homes, and school-age programs such as Head Start. Includes information on options that accept children with special needs, languages spoken, and current vacancies. Also offers free workshops on a variety of childhood and child care issues. Does not provide school supplies or other material assistance.
