Eligibility:

Adults age 18 and older with a diagnosis general mental health, substance use, or serious mental illness; accepts those with and without AHCCCS

Intake Process:

Call, email, or visit center

Description:

Provides peer-run outpatient treatment. Offers physical health and wellness services, individual and group counseling, mental health services, discharge care coordination after psychiatric hospitalization, trauma informed care, recovery support services, independent living skills, community integration, education, and advocacy.

Hours:

Mon-Thu 7:30am-7:30pm, Fri 7:30am-3:30pm, Sat 7am-2pm; Mon-Fri 10am-2pm office visits

Program Fees:

None for AHCCCS Complete Care plans SMI & GMHSU, Title 19 or non-Title 19. Sliding fee scale for day program and counseling services. Fixed rates for peer certification for non-members.
