Description:

Administers services for people experiencing homelessness and those in need. Free services include food, clothing, shoes, a free kids shop, showers, hair cuts, personal hygiene supplies, and for Verde Valley residents, legal services. Low-cost vision-care assistance available most months.

Hours:

Vary per program
Food Pantry Hours of Operation: Wed 9am-2pm & 4pm-6pm; Thur 9am-2pm
Free Community Meals Served:
Mon & Tue & Fri, 9am-11am (breakfast items available);
Mon & Tue & Fri, 11:30am-12:30pm (lunch served);
Wed & Thur, sack lunches provided for anyone without a residence;
Mon, Dinner 5pm-6pm (dinner served);
Wed, To-go dinners for the whole family 4pm-6pm.
Free Kids Shop: Mon-Thu, 9am-3pm & Fri 9am-2pm (everything free, everything kids, and the kids do the shopping)
Low-cost vision-care assistance: First Tuesday of most months 10am-11am (not available in July or December)
Homeless Resource Center: Free showers and hygiene items: Mon, Tues, and Fri, 9am-11am; Breakfast items and a cup of coffee with a smile;
Free hygiene and survival items (subject to availability and limits apply); Referrals to other potential resources
Free professional haircuts: Mon 4pm-5:30pm & Tues 9am

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers greet clients and distribute food, hygiene products, and clothing; help prepare and serve lunches; process monthly newsletter mailings; and help with special events and other projects.
