Eligibility:

People with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias, and their families and caregivers in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, Santa Cruz, and Yuma counties

Description:

Provides services for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias, and their families and caregivers. Services include educational materials, a resource library, and a speaker's bureau. Also provides support groups for people caring for those with Alzheimer's disease.

Hours:

Mon-Thu 9am-3:30pm administration; 24-hours helpline
