Description:
Provides public housing in project-based apartment complexes and Section 8 rent subsidies for various apartment complexes to people on low income. Applicants are placed on a waiting list until assistance is available. Provides cooling center and hydration station in the summer.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm administration; application line is only active when wait list is open
Program Fees:
Rent is 30% of income
