Description:
Provides services for children age 18 and younger with or at risk of developmental delays. Services include speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respite, and habilitation. Provides home-based early intervention services for children age 3 and younger.
Hours:
Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-noon
Program Fees:
None for children who qualify for AzEIP or DES DDD
Languages:
English, Spanish; other languages through interpreter
