Eligibility:

Children and youth age 22 and younger for most programs. Adults age 22 and older with severe disabilities in adult program.

Intake Process:

Call for appointment; doctor, school districts, DES DDD, private referrals

Description:

Provides pediatric therapy (speech, feeding, and music) for children age 16 and younger in clinic based setting. Helps children and youth ages 3-22 develop to their full potential in language and communication, cognitive reasoning, and social emotional areas in private day school for those severely disabled/medically fragile. Provides integrated child care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Provides adult day program for those severely disabled/medically fragile.

Mon-Fri 6:45am-6pm
