Eligibility:

Adults in the Northwest Valley who are stroke survivors, have Parkinson's, are in the beginning to moderate stages of dementia, have intellectual disabilities, and for those who are aging in place

Description:

Provides services for adults who are stroke survivors, have Parkinson's, are in the beginning to moderate stages of dementia, have intellectual disabilities, and for those who are aging in place. Services include health care, therapeutic activities, socialization, and a hot noon meal. Also provides respite care for caregivers.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Program Fees:

Vary; accepts Area Agency on Aging, VA benefits, ALTCS, DDD, and self-pay

Languages:

English, Spanish

Accepts donations of canvases, paint art supplies, XBox games, gift cards, and small exercise equipment.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteers help with client enrollment and activities.
